I visited Dr Meena Ranka after searching extensively on Google for a dentist who understood my specific requirements following jaw surgery. I had been given quite vague post-operative instructions by my surgeon, so I was understandably unsure about what I needed. From the moment I met Meena, I felt completely reassured. She went above and beyond to help me, carefully assessing my situation, explaining everything clearly and even contacting my surgeon’s office to confirm exactly what was required. I really appreciated that she didn’t simply recommend something without explanation, she took the time to talk me through why it may or may not be necessary in my particular case. What stood out most was the exceptional care and attention she gave me throughout my appointment. She listened patiently to my concerns, made sure I felt comfortable and never made me feel rushed. Her thoughtful, compassionate approach made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that my individual needs were being taken seriously. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care are exceptional. I left the clinic feeling reassured, happy and confident that I was in the right hands. I’m genuinely so pleased to have found her and her clinic and I’m looking forward to seeing her again. After a previous dental assessment elsewhere left me feeling uncertain, I decided to book an appointment with Dr Meena Ranka for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first appointment, Dr Ranka was warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident about my treatment plan instead of overwhelmed. I’ve also been seeing orthodontist Dr Bakshi, who has been equally professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my treatment. It’s been such a positive experience knowing I’m in safe hands. The whole team are friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and the practice itself is modern, spotless, and has such a calm atmosphere that it immediately puts you at ease. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received and would highly recommend Dr Ranka, Dr Bakshi, and the entire team to anyone looking for exceptional dental and orthodontic care.
